Bonus Transportation Dedicated Billing
When the Bonus Dedicated Billing Project began, the goal was to implement an integrated and automated system of billing for a large customer that had specfic billing requirements. In describing the Bonus Dedicated Billing Project, Bill Boughan, President of Bonus Transportation, declared that the project is not just a systems implementation; it is also a unique opportunity to improve the business practices of the Billing Department while saving many man hours of manual labor for Bonus and one of it's largest customers. Using a phased approach, the Project focused on improving the interal billing process at Bonus Transportation and improving it's relationship with one of it's largest cutomers.

The Project was a success and played an important role in Bonus Transportation aquiring additional business from this customer.
